I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of Washington and Hawaii and identify as she/her. I am also a former Washington State Certified School Counselor. I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology and School Counseling from the University of Colorado-Denver, a CACREP accredited program. I have been in private practice since 2010. I have 20 years of experience as a counselor in clinical, school, agency, and private practice settings working with children, teens, adults, and groups. Outside of my counseling practice, I am passionate about volunteering my time with animals and spending time on the water with my family.
